Your Session

More Room Before and After the Massage

Katy's trauma-informed and grief-supported appointments include 60, 90, or 120 minutes of hands-on therapeutic massage, with extra time around the bodywork to arrive, talk, settle, and transition out. You can share as much or as little as you wish.

Choice and ongoing consent are part of the session. Discuss touch, pressure, draping, and areas to avoid; change your mind at any point. This is massage therapy, not psychotherapy, and you do not need to disclose a personal story to receive care.
